E Guarantee Disbarred

I don't know the lawyers actually disbarred, but behavior was pretty drastic. One experience I had with a lawyer there was in the Fair Credit area, and he was actually a pleasure to work with.

Third World anyone?

The inspector general has abruptly resigned. Quote of the year that will be hard to beat, when asked if he had ever seen problems comparable to those he had in New Orleans: "There are probably a few but not in this country."

Val Kilmer as Bacchus? Why? Does Val Kilmer even qualify as a celebrity these days, and it can't be hard to find one since there were seemingly thousands of so-called celebrities at the inauguraion, bombarding us with hope and change videos, etc.

The Barackberry

Interesting. I never thought about the fact that one of the dangers of a president having a Blackberry could be the ability to track his location. This may be one of the few times I can empathize with President-elect Obama as I know that I am addicted to my iPhone (and MtoQ and Treo before that).

One of my resolutions is to blog every day now that I see I slacked for over two weeks at the end of the year. Then again, if no one is reading your blog, isn't that like a tree falling in the woods?
