Election impacts on litigation

Particular areas cited are regulatory law, product liability cases, class actions against pharmacy companies, limits on use of federal regulations as a shield from litigation under state law, mandatory-arbitration clauses in consumer contracts, regulation of health insurance companies, “green clients,” real estate, subprime loan/credit crisis litigation, government contracts, and bankruptcy.
